Equipped with automatic conformal coating production lines, we provide conformal coating and infrared curing services for PCBA.
Final Assembly
Equipped with assembly lines, featuring scientific workstation design and management, we strictly control production efficiency.

PCBA Factory I (Shenzhen)

Founded in October 2021, our Shenzhen-based PCBA factory boasts a 30,000-square-meter production plant with a total investment of 500 million RMB. We specialize in integrated one-stop solutions, covering SMT contract manufacturing, PCBA production and processing, DIP insertion, post-hand soldering, and coating services.

We offer flexible cooperation models tailored to customer needs, supporting ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), JDM (Joint Design Manufacturing), and EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) to provide R&D, production, and service for various electronic products.

Our current production layout includes an approximately 4,700-square-meter SMT workshop and a 3,000-square-meter DIP area. Equipped with 4 Panasonic NPM-D3 dual-track SMT chip mounters and 3D-AOI inspection equipment, we achieve a total daily placement capacity of 15 million points, ensuring high efficiency and precision in component mounting.

Backed by a core team with extensive experience in the electronics industry, we deliver end-to-end one-stop electronic contract manufacturing services. Our service scope covers the entire product lifecycle, from PCB layout and prototyping, BOM component sourcing, to pilot production, mass production, and after-sales support, providing customers with seamless and reliable manufacturing solutions.

PCBA Factory II (Huizhou)

Since its establishment in 2013, the factory has been committed to providing customers with one-stop wireless data communication solutions. With 12 years of development, we have built a self-owned intelligent manufacturing center covering over 10,000 square meters. In 2022, the manufacturing center officially launched the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) , which empowers "intelligence" with "data" and adds value through "precision", providing strong support for the steady advancement of the company's digital factory construction .

Our production facility features a Class 10,000 (ISO 7) clean lead-free production workshop , equipped with 6 high-speed SMT production lines that achieve a daily output capacity of up to 7.2 million chips. Each SMT line is configured with a complete set of advanced equipment: Loader + Printer + SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) Machine + 2/3 Yamaha SMT Placement Machines + Reflow Oven + AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) Equipment . This integrated configuration ensures precise and efficient component mounting throughout the production process.

Complementing the SMT lines, we have 2 dual-wave lead-free automatic soldering production lines, boasting a monthly output capacity of over 500,000 units. Additionally, 3 Cell Production lines are installed with 15 LitePoint wireless testers, 60 wireless signal shielding box workstations, and multiple functional testing fixtures. These specialized setups enable simultaneous intelligent testing of semi-finished products, including data calibration, MAC writing, and product function verification, thereby providing real-time quality assurance for every unit produced
